A 3 million dollar renovation was just completed in January of 2006 for all of interiors and common areas. Each condo features luxury pillow top beds. HarbourSide III offers a unique golf amenity program with 99 holes of golf with attractive pricing at Port Royal, Shipyard and Oyster Reef Golf Courses.
