Property Description
A damage deposit of 250.00USD is due and payable upon arrival. The damage deposit may be paid in cash, Credit Card or certified check. Damage deposits are returned the week following the guests visit. In the event of damage to the unit, all damage is itemized, photographed and the amount for repair is deducted from the guests damage deposit. The Innkeepers retain the right to seek recovery of damage above the amount held in the damage deposit when damage exceeds the amount deposited. Located in the West end of Provincetown at the intersection of Race Road and Franklin Street. -- Directions -- From Route 6A East, left at the third Provincetown exit, the yellow flashing light, Shankpainter Road. Straight on Shankpainter Road past the Grand Union Super Market on the right. Next right onto Brown Street. One block, then left onto Pleasant Street. One block, then right onto Race Road. Four Gables is located second entrance on the Left, just past the intersection of Race Road and Franklin Street. |
