The Flume Cottage

A contract is required and has a seperate cancellation policy from the regular hotel. **For reserv. arriving between June 6 and October 13, all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE after April 30, for all other reservations we must receive cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to date of arrival in order to receive a refund.
