The Plantation Dining Room, under the expert direction of Gary Fonseca, our Executive Chef, features fine Louisana cuisine with a menu that specializes in steaks. The Plantation Dining Room is open Monday through Thursday from 700 AM to 900 PM, Friday through Saturday from 700 AM to 1000 PM, and Sunday 700 AM to 500 PM.
