From the airport access road, take I-10 East towards New Orleans. After passing Bonnabel exit, I-10 branches to the right. Continue right on I-10 towards the central business district, not left, which goes towards Slidell, I-610. Continue on I-10 East, again it will branch off to the right. Stay on I-10 towards Slidell, until you see the Vieux Carre exit on your right. Follow the exit down to Basin Street staying in the left lane and prepare to take a U-turn at the sign N. rampart via Toulouse Street and French Quarter.
