Government Rates are non-commissionable. 2009 Inauguration Minimum 4 nights stay/ January 17, 2009 - January 21, 2009 Terms and conditions for the Presidential Inauguration Reservations- - Standard room rate USD799.00 plus 14.5Pct tax per night. - Required 4 nights reservation. Stay dates are Jan 17-Jan 21st, 2009. - Reservations are pre-paid, non-cancellable, non-changeable and non-refundable. - All reservation requests must have a valid email address. - The hotel will email credit card authorization forms within 24 hours of receiving the reservation request. - Completed credit card authorization forms must be received by the hotel within 72 hours of making the reservation request along with a copy of the credit card front and back and a clear copy of a photo ID. - On completion of processing the full deposit the hotel will provide a confirmation number via email. The reservation will be cancelled if the deposit is not processed successfully.
