Area Attractions Area Attractions The Mount Herbert enjoys a close proximity to the city, with all its major tourist attractions, such as Trinity College Dublin, home of the Book of Kells, Guinness Storehouse, Grafton Street, St. Stephen's Green and Temple Bar, to name but a few. A stroll around the immediate environs of the hotel will bring the visitor to the famous Lansdowne Road rugby stadium, and the Royal Dublin Society, famous for The Dublin Horseshow, and as a concert venue. Dublin is full of places to go and things to see - it has an abundance of museums, art galleries, restaurants, pubs and interesting places to shop. The city centre is small, and easy to get around. There is plenty to keep you occupied during your visit - you could visit a gallery, have lunch, and then stroll around the shops. Perhaps you'd like to hunt for hidden treasures in one of Dublin's many markets? When you've done all that, relax in one of the city's parks. At night, go for a drink in one of our famous pubs, and perhaps go on to a club later. This guide is not a full listing of everything to do in the city, rather it is intended to whet the appetite!
