Sole Mare serves authentic Italian specialties, Black Angus Grille serves to perfection that perfect steak or seafood dinner or visit Phil's Delicatessen and Sports Bar located off the casino floor, or The Flamingo Bar and Grill for poolside sandwiches and drinks. The hotel boasts a spectacular pool with spiral waterslide and swim up pool bar. The leisure and business traveler will enjoy our 35 thousand sq ft casino which is the only casino on Cable Beach. Our guests can enjoy their daily workout in our 5000 sq ft state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Atlantic Ocean or enjoy a fabulous and relaxing massage. Located on our private beach are many exciting water activities, or learn to scuba dive by taking lessons poolside. Our resort offers 30,000 sq ft of flexible function space offering the perfect setting for any grand or intimate gathering. Exit Airport to Circle JFK Drive East. Continue one mile to Blake Road. Turn left and continue one mile to Fork. Turn right on West Bay Street. Go East 5 miles to resort.

A host of Asian selections such as Five-Spiced Duck and Lobster and Shrimp Cantonese are also available. Expect your service captain to guide you through the wine list with expert knowledge. The Deli - Enjoy New York style deli, Pizza Hut pizza, soup or salad in front of any one of the restaurant's big screen TV's and select from a wide variety of imported and domestic beers. Located right on the casino floor.
Seaside Buffet
Seaside Buffet - Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Seaside Buffet seats 300 and is located in the casino lobby overlooking the pool. The breakfast buffet offers an assortment of cereals, danish, homemade pastries, and an omelet station. Exotic Bahamian specialties and classic American cuisine are featured at lunch. A dinner buffet, complete with carving station, is served on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. But for seafood lovers, Friday features a Seafood Extravaganza that can't be beat. Open Daily. Breakfast 0700-1100 AM, Lunch 1200-1600, Dinner 1700-2300.

Sole Mare - Serving Gourmet Cuisine Friday and Saturday. The height of romance, Sole Mare offers the perfect meal under candlelight in an art deco atmosphere. Savor every bite of veal, fresh seafood or lamb with a bottle of Pinot Grigio or Cabernet Sauvignon while taking the exquisite view. Expect Old World service such as ceasar salad prepared tableside and a service captain who will guide you through the menu, wine list, and dessert selections with the greatest of care.

The Rainforest Theatre is closed on Monday nights to accommodate Jambalaya Dark. The new culturally infused shwocase featuring tumblers, dancers, fire-eaters, exotic costume that celebrate the islands French, Spanish, African and Caribbean influences.
